Return Policy

Proof of purchase is mandatory for all returns.

Paint and Primer:  We do not accept returns on custom tinted paint or primer.

Primers, Sealers and Adhesives:  Returns accepted only for defective products or unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase.

All Home, Pet and Garden Supplies:  Returns accepted only for defective products or unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase.

Building Supplies and Coverings:  We do not accept returns on incorrect orders or overages.  It is very important that you ensure the accuracy of your order before purchasing.  We are happy to assist you in the purchasing process to ensure that your order is correct.  We do not accept returns on special order items, including anything that is not normally stocked (flooring, insulation, etc.)

Gift Certificates: Not exchangeable for cash.  No change will be given.

Customers who pay with cash or check will receive cash for their returns.

Customers who pay with credit cards will receive credit for their returns.
